1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how SendVC ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries are used to operate the website. All other storage and the Google tags (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) are used only after you choose "Accept All" in our cookie banner; until then they are not set and not loaded, and you can withdraw your choice at any time.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit websites. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to the website owners.

Strictly Necessary
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include session cookies, CSRF tokens, your language preference (i18nextLng), and your cookie consent state. No consent is required under Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive.
Performance and Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site by collecting and reporting information on a pseudonymous basis. They are set only after you give explicit consent. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for usage analytics; IP addresses are shortened (IP anonymization) before processing, so no full IP address is stored.
Marketing
These cookies are set by Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure ad conversions and to build remarketing audiences so we can show you relevant advertising on Google and partner sites. They are set only after you give explicit consent through our cookie banner and are never used if you decline. Where you have consented to marketing cookies, we also store campaign parameters, the Google Ads click ID (gclid), the referrer and a timestamp in your browser's local storage under the key sendvc_attribution (see the table below).

The Google tags (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) are not loaded until you accept them through our cookie banner; once loaded they run under Google Consent Mode v2. If you decline, they are not loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are stored. Strictly necessary cookies, such as Stripe fraud-prevention cookies required for payment processing, are always active.
Withdraw or Change Your Consent
You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Click the button below to clear your saved choice — the consent banner will appear again on your next page view, letting you make a new selection. Until you accept, the Google tags are not loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Withdrawing also removes the sendvc_attribution entry from your browser's local storage.
